In this role, you will develop and operationalize strategies to help our business grow, be more responsive to our clients, and work more efficiently. You will simultaneously see the big picture, and its details, while partnering with senior executives and their teams to develop strategies and operationalize them in the context of a global professional services firm.

Your Impact: 

• Own the Solutions Portfolio strategy development, governance, and execution
• Connect the Solutions Portfolio to the enterprise strategy
• Lead strategic thinking around a topic, including new ways of working, go to market, offerings, and capabilities
• Work with senior leaders across different teams to get alignment and facilitate prioritization and investment decisions
• Take a customer centric approach to value proposition creation with a focus on the co-creation of value for Publicis Sapient's clients
• Work with Subject Matter Experts on business case creation including potential co-investments between Publicis Sapient, partners, and customers
• Perform build versus buy analysis on standing up new capabilities and offerings, including investment/M&A analysis
• Drive the Concept-to-cash process across Industries, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Partners and Delivery
• Champion a culture of innovation and facilitate improvements in the Solutions Portfolio's positioning
• Apply Agile Portfolio Operations for the effective coordination of efforts across teams and locations
• Partner with Analyst relations around the proactive assessment of Portfolio competitiveness and to build foundations for market analysis
• Identify, codify, and share examples of best practice from across Publicis Sapient to ensure that teams have the ability to reuse the best on offer
• Be the trusted business partner to our Industry, Growth and Alliance teams, providing insight, collaboration, and objective challenge across all areas and partnering for collective success

 Pay Range: $252,000 - $129,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
