    Job Description

    We're looking for a talented Strategy Planner with an entrepreneurial spirit who's hungry (and very able) to take on the responsibility of driving the communications strategy for some of our biggest, boldest clients.

    Working directly with the Executive Strategy Director, this role will be the day to day 'creative strategist' able to plan and implement multi-layered, integrated strategies across two key brands.

    Day to day you will:

    • Create world-class creative strategy recommendations for our clients
    • Develop clear, compelling insights based on robust 'discovery phase’ planning
    • Work with data to write and deliver clear recommendations and briefs 
    • Work with data to report and drive performance 
    • Collaborate with clients & internal teams in presentations, pitches and workshops

    Qualifications

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in an agency or creative business environment.  
    • Experience thinking/planning from an integrated perspective 
    • A creatively-driven problem solver able to get to the heart of issues and lead the way forward across different types of brand problems
    • Able to synthesis quantities of research and data 
    • Experience working on behavioral change strategies and campaigns, 
    • Culturally aware of communications/marketing trends and culture as a whole, taking inspiration from it.
    • Confident and articulate, able to collaborate with different departments to develop and deliver ideas and can articulate those
    • Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
    • Hyrbid skills across brand, comms, data and social media planning
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, remain graceful under pressure, and enjoys working in a multi-discipline collaborative environment
