Job Description

This role will be a Senior Planning Executive that reports into a Planning Manager and works with a Planning Director. The team also includes a similar set up for the other brands within the portfolio and there are projects we collaborate on across brand teams.

We also work in wider team with channel experts, insights specialists and strategists, everyone supporting each other to deliver the best outputs for our clients while mindful of each team capacity and priorities.

Whilst we’re a brand new team, we’re aiming to be the best team at Zenith, both through stand-out work and the overall feeling within the team.

It’s a great time to join as we have all only just started working on the account and with LBG so there’s an overall atmosphere of change and innovation. There are great challenges to strategies both from media (for example adjusting our AV strategy) and client brief approaches (re-looking at audiences they want to focus on). The new Senior Planning Exec will be part of this dynamic team, helping set up new processes and building those relationship with internal teams as well as with clients and agencies.

The opportunity is for a Senior Planning Executive to work as part of our planning team, communicating with internal media channel teams, creative agencies and our clients. The clients know their brand inside out but also have a good understanding of media. That keeps us thinking, innovating and ensuring our strategy is adapting with the changing times and audiences, especially now in this post-pandemic reality. Us, the clients and their creative agency all work together to deliver against their yearly awareness targets and helping the brands shift customer associations.

The role will enable a Senior Planning Executive to immerse themselves in brand advertising, learn about the strategy informing big multi-channel campaigns and help media bring plans to life. The role would entail communications across all internal and external teams, helping shape media plans and strategies and leading on collating various insights.

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious, self-starter who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. The client’s business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, so we’re looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to really own client meetings and work independently with creative agencies too.
