Job Description

Omnichannel Integrated Lead, overseeing all aspects of Investment Strategy, Activation & Measurement for our beauty portfolio. Our beauty portfolio consists of market leading brands looking to drive ROI, innovation, and award worthy work within the marketplace. This position requires a highly motivated and collaborative person, who will work in concert with the Strategy/Business and Analytics Leads, to provide thought leadership and deliver in excellence on client business goals. 

The SVP, Integrated Investment will be client-facing and report into the EVP, Business Lead of the Account as well as to the PMX & Zenith Investment Practice. Managing several direct reports, the SVP is responsible for guiding and mentoring them in the ethos of Channel Integration, Innovation, and Collaboration.

This person will be forward-facing to the marketplace, representing both Zenith & the Client in a highly professional manner across all Investment Partnerships.


Role Objectives:
•    Maintain expert knowledge across all Investment channels, inclusive of linear/digital video, digital, social, audio, print, OOH, with pulse on emerging media trends
•    Provide thought leadership and innovation to deliver critical insights & evolve account dynamics in constantly changing marketplace
•    Manage and grow relationship with Main Client as trusted Investment Lead
•    Own vendor Upfront / JBP conversations, negotiations, and issue resolution
•    Collaborate with internal account leadership & external agency partners
•    Responsible for management, training, and skillset growth of the day-to-day team
•    Oversee management of VP & Director KPIs, including POD output benchmarks, deal pacing, business growth
•    Accountable for LOB/campaign strategies and activation resolution
•    Own key investment strategy pillars
•    Oversee PMX alignment on deals, terms, conditions, and platforms
•    Manage business planning & support needs for digital & video org
•    Skilled knowledge of audience channel consumption and consumer touchpoints
•    Create consistent and effective ways of working to ensure seamless processes & efficient workstreams
•    Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value, with eye towards delivering best pricing & efficiencies
•    Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation 

Qualifications

•    B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or related field 
•    Agency experience necessary
•    12+ years of experience working in a national media investment buying environment
•    8+ years of management experience 
•    Experience negotiating TV dayparts and online video and planning digital campaigns 
•    Ability to confidently present strategies to clients both on the phone and in-person
•    Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
•    Strong negotiating and presenting skills
•    Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
•    Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
•    Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products, and trends
•    Experience with Prisma and DCM preferred 
•    Experience with Research tools such as Nielsen, Comscore preferred  
•    Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Experience with Media Ocean software (DDS, MBOX) preferred
•    A love and excitement to work in the fast-paced beauty category (previous beauty experience is a nice to have)
