Overview:
Lead a team of dedicated digital specialists in the vertical pillar areas of contextual digital display, including cross-device, PC, and mobile advertising. Responsible for online video and content campaign activation. Accelerate client digital leadership and drive innovation through breakthrough ideas and strategy.     

Job Description

Role Objectives:

•    Lead a team of dedicated specialists across social, video, mobile and content areas and collaborate closely with category leads (Planning Directors and Planning Associate Directors) 
•    Ensure team has the digital expertise to design the link between fluid contact choices and platforms to create experiences 
•    Educate, push, and drive innovation among teams in key vertical areas 
•    Actively advise and consult category teams in the development of digital strategies and ideas 
•    Project manage up and down, funnel workload, meet project timelines, and develop plans from beginning to end (brief to strategy to negotiation to activation) 
•    Identify and create training and development opportunities for the broader teams to ensure digital expertise 
•    Drive development and implementation of best practices 
•    Develop robust case studies leveraging both internal and external examples to highlight work  
•    Understand addressability and targeting application in all digital platforms 
•    Deploy strong communication to handle multiple lines of communication across clients, agencies, partners, and internal teams 
•    Build partnerships and relationships in the search, mobile, and social media space with publishers and service / technology providers

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

•    5+ years of experience within Media Buying/Investment/Planning  
•    Fluent in digital planning and activation (integrated, traditional campaign experience is a plus) 
•    Strong client facing experience  
•    Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency 
•    Solid verbal and written communication skills 
•    Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
•    Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
•    Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure 
•    Detail oriented and able to produce accurate work 
•    Leadership skills
