Working locally and globally we service client accounts across Publics Media’s three UK agencies; Zenith, Starcom and Spark Foundry.  Often working alongside other Publicis practices and services we collaborate to deliver best in class work with seamless project management.

The PMC team is 70+ strong and growing.  Media partnerships is at the heart of what we do, working with broadcasters, social media publishers, print partners and increasingly gaming and metaverse partners, we  activate over 100 campaigns each year.  We have a growing team of social and influencer specialists producing content to fulfil client needs in paid and owned channels.   The fastest growing part of the team are our content insight consultants.

Team

 The Creative & Production team is part of the Content Practice at Publicis Media. The Content Practice consists of 70+ specialists working across content strategy & planning, creative and production, social, influencers and partnerships. We service all agencies within Publicis Media, building complete content stories which are audience-centric and platform-native at both global and regional levels.

Role

As a Production Finance Administer, you will be driving force behind the financial and administrative processes of our team, acting as the linchpin between production and finance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all projects are set up correctly, billed, and reconciled in an accurate and timely manner, while working with the producers to take care of all the steps in between.

You’ll have keen eye for numbers and a process driven mind. Your proactive nature will mean you are always looking at ways to drive efficiency. Being proactive, working to tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise are critical to the role.

Responsibilities:

• Financial tracking, project reconciliation and monthly revenue forecast reporting for all live and pipeline projects.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure processes are followed, and jobs are reconciled, and income is accurately reported.
• Support producers with setting up supplier contracts, invoicing and payment.
• Responsible for creating Altair jobs, sending billing requests and raising POs
• Assist in analysing profitability on client accounts.
• Facilitate good communication and collaboration across all teams (Content, Media and Finance).
• Continually review processes, procedures, and templates to identify opportunities to streamline workload and drive efficiencies across teams, with a focus on production processes.
• Able to follow established guidelines and processes, whilst having the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions and strive for continuous improvement in the way things are done.

• Previous experience working in branded content agency (or similar) is advantageous.
• Experience with revenue forecasts, billing and supplier contracts and payments
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong acumen for numbers
