Job Description

Team

The Creative & Production team is part of the Content Practice at Publicis Media. The Content Practice consists of 70+ specialists working across content strategy & planning, creative and production, social, influencers and partnerships. We service all agencies within Publicis Media, building complete content stories which are audience-centric and platform-native at both global and regional levels.

Role

As an AV Trafficking and Delivery Manager, you will work closely with both clients and agency planning teams to manage clearance and delivery for broadcast / VOD assets for TV and online, across multiple markets. You will manage and own all clearances, copy rotations, and playouts.

You’ll have strong attention to detail, and a process driven mind will mean you are always looking at ways to drive efficiency. Being proactive, working to tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise are critical to being success in this role.

Role Overview & Deliverables:

  • Lead the day-to-day trafficking process, with support from a Senior Producer.
  • Liaise with media planners to understand and interpret media plans, from which you’ll scope your projects.
  • Manage resources for all trafficking projects, both internal and 3rd party, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget.
  • Understand the technical QC requirements (visual and audio), enabling you to liaise with clients and media planners to ensure supplied assets are technically and legally compliant as per supplied media plan.
  • Be a master of broadcast clearance requirements and clearance lookouts to foresee issues and guide the client appropriately.
  • Be able to handle multiple projects at any given time, sometimes with tight turnarounds.
  • Effectively collaborate with media planners and clients who have little or no knowledge of the process.
  • Build solid relationships and foster effective ways of working with key stakeholders and internal teams to drive growth in this service.

Qualifications

  • Content/Creative/Production agency experience beneficial.
  • Hands on knowledge of Clearcast and TV broadcast and VoD advert delivery platforms and processes.
  • Understanding of broadcast QC (Quality Control) process. Able to run initial specification check on files supplied.
  • Knowledge of and experience using Adobe post-production software would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of and experience with press, ooh and digital delivery would be advantageous
