Job Description

Project Overview - Marcel is a custom-made AI platform, with a suite of features and services designed to enable growth by connecting the 80,000 creative minds of Publicis Groupe with opportunities, knowledge, expertise, and with each other. It’s a place where our talent can learn, share, and create more than ever before.

The Engagement & Editorial team leads all marketing, content, and user engagement efforts on Marcel — including flagship features like Communities, events, editorial storytelling, product marketing, ambassador programs, collaboration with product development, user research, and more.

This role would report to our Senior Producer and work across the full scale of our team to support most aspects of the work, including managing production cycles without creative team. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage creative production for editorial and marketing work streams
  • Flesh out content publishing calendars with direction from the Head of Engagement & Editorial
  • Content asset management (file storage, naming, content types, etc.)
  • Support production efforts for events
  • Identify ways to optimize workflows and production cycles

Qualifications

Other Requirements: 

  • Basic understanding of content production publishing
  • Experience in marketing production
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience with global initiatives is a plus
  • Video production experience (managing pre- to post-) is a plus
  • Experience with platforms and product dev is a plus
