Job Description

The ad operations manager will be responsible for all aspects of digital campaign ad management with programmatic display, social, and retail media. An excellent communicator who excels in details with proven client, and retailer interface. This individual will be responsible for ad ops management, mitigating risk, and overall quality output.  Collaboration with network cross functional teams to ensure our clients succeed.  A fun, upbeat personality is required with great communication skills and proven capability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.   

Day to Day

  • Work with account managers, media planners, media buyers and partners to implement (campaign trafficking, tagging set up, naming convention) and oversee ad campaigns go-live process.
  • Manage QA for ad trafficking, creation and reporting.
  • Monitor active campaigns, communicating with account managers, creative agencies and partners, as needed.
  • Capture and socialize best practices to optimize future campaign launches.
  • Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and provide suggestions for improved performance.
  • Perform tagging audits and build tagging strategy as required.
  • Provide pre and post implementation support to publishers.
  • QA and troubleshoot 3rd party tags and creatives.
  • Provide technical support to advertisers, account managers & planners.
  • Proactively identify ways to streamline the campaign workflow. Recognize and push more efficient ways to work or opportunities for automation.
  • Study industry advances and best practices to elevate the ways of working.

  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Proven ability to create high quality deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • 3 to 5 years experience in adserving and ad management technologies.
  • Familiarity with internet programming and debugging
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills

Additional desired skills & experience

  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript
  • Experience in with ad tagging platforms including, Moat, Nielsen, Google, and Innovid. 
  • Experience working with various ad networks and exchanges
  • Familiarity with HTTP response codes and their meanings
