Job Description

This role is responsible for collaborating with the production and creative teams to manage production in the creative development and implementation of branded content. An excellent communicator who can execute ideas within or across media platforms by providing knowledge of the talent, techniques, and technologies necessary to execute the work. A fun, upbeat personality is required with great communication skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. 

Due to client requirements the individual selected for this role needs to be located in or near the Cincinnati, Ohio area or willing to relocate to Cincinnati. Remote work will be an option, however in studio photo shoots will be required in the Cincinnati office from time to time.

Day to Day

  • Creative production and design delivery for agency including internal processes.
  • Proactively manage production related milestones to ensure key dates are met. 
  • Maintain thorough documentation of job specs, costs, and production related dates and information in job folders, and maintain a Job Status Report on all production related projects.
  • Consult and collaborate with Creative team on approach, style, timelines, and expected results on assigned projects.
  • Supplier management including specifications, estimate and bid CGI from approved supplier list, cutting PO's, shooting photography/building and capturing all assets that may utilize video, still images, prep, shoot, and supervise postproduction and finishing, creative approvals, proofs, and supplier invoicing.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate estimates for outside costs for all production projects, and assist in managing annual production budget.
  • Artwork development including procuring product samples, prototype management, production art in dielines, and art release to separator and supplier.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to manage talent/business aspects including production bidding, talent engagement and contracting.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to drive cross-platform synergies and efficiencies through production.
  • Collaborate with Capacity Manager/Operations to ensure needs are met for in-house photo studio for internal teams..
  • Communicate with team internally, and with client as needed, to present project status and relevant data, and provide solutions for potential problems or issues.
  • Ensure adherence to technical specifications, compliance and legal including SAG/AFTRA, AFM, music licensing/publishing and 3rd parties for hire, through effective communication and support throughout the project.
  • Manage final delivery of assets through file conversion, hardproofing, and MAM process.
  • Understand key agency functions, roles, processes, systems and timing.
  • Understand working relationship with client and how to navigate within the business units and client structure in which you work.
  • Proactively leverage internal resources to meet client needs in an efficient and innovative way
  • Successfully backfill Sr. Producers when they’re out of the office ensuring projects continue to run smoothly.
  • Ensure all scorecard information is completed timely and accurately per project.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years agency/client work, photo shoot and CGI creative asset production experience required. 
  • Experience in shopper marketing, graphic design, display manufacturing, art buying or print production preferred.  
  • Experience working and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, is required.  
  • BA degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
