Job Description

Performance Opportunity:

Leo Burnett is seeking a Freelance Account Supervisor to serve as the “compass” of the lead team, responsible for chartering the course set out by the SVP Account Director by guiding the junior members of the team through flawless execution.

This will be a great opportunity to help drive a brand new Masterbrand campaign for a well known CPG portfolio. 

  • Provides day-to-day leadership of the strategic plan execution and ensures creative product achieves client’s and agency’s objectives. 
  • Oversees the day-to-day execution and ensures high-quality, cost-effective results. 
  • Demonstrates market insights and contributes to the strategic marketing plan.
  • Presents new ideas and innovative approaches to solving client business issues.  

Qualifications

Hard skills (brand, retail, digital, production, research, etc.): 

Brand development, digital strategy and execution, production experience, understanding of research and testing methodologies, strength in negotiation and responsibility delegation, strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. 

Soft skills (client/team culture, communication style, flexibility, etc.): 

Passion for making great work, strong client relationship and management skills, personable communication and engagement skills, a drive to be a part of maintaining a positive and fun team culture and environment. Knowledgeable in the social content and media spaces.

Any knowledge/ability mandatories:

Understanding of advertising agency structure and department responsibilities, versed in client business acumen, specifically CPG, deck building and project management basics
