Job Description

FKA is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Adobe Analytics who has an eye for detail, is passionate about data and has in-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics.  You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence capabilities with special focus on Adobe Analytics as a reporting and analysis too, as well as crafting and executing analyses and reports upon request.  The Sr. Analyst will apply knowledge of marketing efforts to solve our clients’ business problems and work collaboratively across various internal disciplines to drive marketing excellence.  The ideal candidate will have a deep working knowledge of analytical methods as well as measuring performance and evaluating trends using the Adobe Analytics software.
 
Your Responsibilities:
Use Adobe Analytics web metrics to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to boost customer engagement 
Track and analyze website traffic patterns and online customer behaviors through dashboarding and reporting via Adobe Analytics
Generate insights from Adobe Analytics to provide a comprehensive view of the customer journey 
Identify campaign testing ideas based on customer web behavior and purchase path
Create reporting and analyses that provides insight for internal teams and external clients
Translate data through storytelling and data visualizations to communicate findings
Develop reporting of key business metrics and measurement strategies
Work closely with respective team members from various disciplines (media, creative, account management, strategy) within the agency and the client to optimize and coordinate campaigns

Qualifications

Subject matter expert using Adobe Analytics Suite
Understanding of web analytics basics: tags, cookies, variables, Data Layer
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau
3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, reporting or data science roles 
Experience in customer base management, CRM, and/or customer analysis preferred
Evaluate A/B Testing on landing pages, emails, etc.
Work with large datasets to extract relevant insights about our customer journeys
Adept at report writing and presenting findings in a visually compelling and articulate manner
Ability to think about both practical and visionary uses of available data; strong Storyteller and Insights communicator
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Detail oriented while keeping sight of bigger picture/trends, intellectually curious
Excellent management and time prioritization skills
Passion for Analytics, Measurement and Testing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications 
Advanced/expert level with using Adobe Analytics to measure, analyze and create reports
Proficiency with ContentSquare and Glassbox
Digital Marketing Analytics experience
