Job Description

As an Account Manager at Digitas, you have the opportunity to work with some of the best marketing data across Australia and New Zealand. In this role you will support the servicing of Digitas key client accounts, the relationships with the client and the internal service teams. This role will allow you to grow your client services experience whether you are currently a Producer, Business Executive, or Account Manager.

 

What you will do

  • Assist in managing client relationships
  • Manage the planning, briefing, delivery and administration of smaller client projects and campaigns as well as provide effective and accurate support to the wider team on larger projects and campaigns.
  •  Establish sound communication channels to ensure the right information gets to the right people at the right time
  • Provide well thought-out, concise and timely oral and written communication
  • Progress on client accounts reported to senior management
  • Build effective relationships with other departments to achieve delivery of solutions for clients
  • Assist in developing business from the team client base
  • Gather and analyse competitive information on products.
  • Evaluate trends based on market place activity

 

About you

  • Experience in a marketing/advertising or client service role
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts and principles
  • Analytical skills, strategic thinking, creative problem solving and ability to work with strategic concepts
  • Experience managing people, tasks, and clients in a matrix environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deliverables and meet agreed deadlines
  • Confident presentation skills
  • CRM experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Enthusiastic personality to work in a supportive team environment
