Job Description

Overview: 
We’re searching for a Financial Analyst who can monitor, organize, and gather data to assist with profitability reporting and improvement plans. The candidate will work closely with the Associate Director and VP of finance, supporting the CFO with agency wide initiatives. 
 
Role Objectives: 
•    Adhere to monthly financial reporting requirement
•    Prepare / review fee reconciliations, and report on levels of exposure to course correct
•    Generate labor reports to Ops and account leads for client reconciliation requests 
•    Support and maintain SAP
•    Prepare quarterly direct client costs budget 
•    Provide commentary for Actuals vs Budget and Forecast variances by client 
•    Prepare personnel and benefits allocation for client profitability reporting  
•    Report intercompany direct client costs expenses 
•    Collaborate with sister agencies to develop and execute intercompany agreements
•    Send out monthly direct client costs analyses to Ops and account directors to ensure accuracy and budget alignment purposes 
•    Ad hoc analysis, projects, and other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

•    1-2 years of professional Finance or Accounting experience 
•    Advanced knowledge of Excel, Proficiency in MS Office 
•    Experience with financial software, SAP and HFM is a plus 
•    Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills 
•    Can adapt to a fast-paced and exciting agency/client relationship 
•    Demonstrated ability to be flexible and perform in a very fast paced environment
