About the job

The Partnerships Manager role is critical to CJ’s focus on expanding global reach and revenue growth with enterprise publishers. You’ll get the opportunity to identify, nurture, and optimize marketing programs with some of the leading online finance publishers. This role will specially identify new qualified relationships and help publishers identify incremental business opportunities to earn more revenue within CJ. You will be fully immersed in partnership marketing in an entrepreneurial, collaborative team environment which rewards results-driven and passionate marketers.

• Develop and grow a portfolio of top enterprise publishers by creating focused strategy plans to launch new advertiser opportunities, optimize existing partnerships, and adopt CJ solutions.
 

• Use Data to deliver strategic insights customized for each client based on network benchmarking, publisher performance, and industry knowledge.
 

• Build relationships with day-to-day contacts and leadership for this group of publishers to identify and meet mutual goals.
 

• Create publisher advocacy for both CJ & the affiliate channel by establishing partnerships, identifying investment opportunities with CJ advertisers, and providing recommendations to build their business.
 

• Train and educate publishers on best practices that enable them to position themselves effectively. Present CJ innovations to solve and/or enhance their goals and objectives.
 

• Define platform features and capability enhancements as a product stakeholder on behalf of your portfolio.
 

• Create and deliver presentations for internal account teams, advertiser clients, and prospects that showcase opportunities with your portfolio of publishers.

What we look for:

• 2-3+ years of experience in a performance/partnership marketing role
 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
 

• Experience using performance data to inform marketing communications and decisions.
 

• Strengths working cross-functionally across projects and teams to achieve objectives
 

• Passion for innovation and technology

• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial services vertical

• Advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and vlookups
