Job Description

Overview:

The Supervisor, Affiliate Marketing will be an extension of the Performance Media team, leading the investment and strategy of Meta’s US & UK Portal and Quest affiliate programs. You’ll over see a team of 2 account managers and their tasks and ladder up to the greater Spark Foundry Media and Analytics Meta team.

Role Objectives:

·       Oversee strategy and investment of Meta’s affiliate program on Rakuten, promoting Portal and Quest product lines in the US & UK, in conjunction with Spark Analytics team to drive revenue at scale.

·       Responsible for delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables

·       Take the lead on Monthly Business Reviews with client

·       Guide partner recruitment strategy to fill in gaps while hitting revenue goals

·       Oversee media booking and tracking against greater budget

·       Manage partner relationships, partner contracts, commission structures, execute IO’s and Bonusing publishers

·       Lead weekly calls with client, monthly calls with partners, and ad-hoc internal agency check ins

·       Support weekly status call by providing top level insights and project management to client via status doc

·       Provide thought leadership and expertise through POVs, Case Studies, and industry updates

·       Work in collaboration with Meta Client to plan and merchandise work internally

·       Identify strong connection points between affiliate and Meta’s other digital channels managed at Spark

·       Management of Enterprise Budget, which ladders up to total digital media budget for client

·       Responsible for forecasting/re-forecasting to meet market demand and align with budgets

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years’ experience managing enterprise level client affiliate programs, preferably at an agency or network/platform (cross channel experience is a plus)
  • Knowledgeable around UK based program partners, operations & best practices
  • Extremely comfortable leading client, partner, and internal agency calls
  • Expertise around “ins and outs” of Affiliate Platforms or Networks (preferably Rakuten)
    • Strong understanding of affiliate reporting metrics (CPA, ROAS, AOV, CR%)
  • Experience owning program reports & metrics, forecasts, publisher optimizations based on KPI metrics, partner expansion, and program growth success
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills 
  • Success leading recruitment, vetting, onboarding and launch of net-new affiliates to support program expansion
    • Looking for a manager with experience that can bring past client partner relationships to the team
    • Experience with influencers is a plus
  • Proficient Excel skills
