ON LOCATION BUT PARTLY REMOTE: We need for someone to be in our location, but we accept that we will be working remotely for now accept as needed to come into office or meetings with clients. We would need for someone to be open to relocating if not in the vicinity of the Springdale Arkansas or Cincinnati offices. We have begun retuning safely to offices in a hybrid work model – our goal is to provide the opportunity for purposeful collaboration while being flexible to the needs of the individual.

Job Description

An individual with a passion for outstanding client service, and a desire to learn the craft of account leadership. This role will support a book of business by providing capacity and assisting with writing briefs, and various project requests. A fun, upbeat personality is a plus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Day to Day

  • Help support internal operations/work (briefs, kick-off meetings, PowerPoint presentations, timelines, etc.)
  • Occasional, but not primary client contact. Attend client meetings/discussions where applicable.
  • Assist account leaders in communicating with the internal/external team.
  • Assist and begin to learn billing estimates.
  • Lead special assignments for Sr. Account Manager, Account Director, and other Account Leaders (competitive audits, non-billable work, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive ability to manage your personal time and project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years agency/client work experience preferred. 
  • Experience in shopper marketing preferred.  
  • Experience proactively leading and collaborating with cross- functional teams, and working with minimal supervision is required.  
  • BA degree in marketing, advertising, or related field - advanced degree preferred.
