    Job Description

    Right now we're looking for a great human to join our team as Traffic Coordinator, based in Sydney (we’re based in Pyrmont, but we also love to work flexibly). 

    This role is responsible for ensuring a streamlined agency workflow, resource allocation for all briefs/projects and coordination of delivery processes. They’ll champion the use of processes to ensure on-time and on-budget work is completed. They’ll also be responsible for gaining approvals for freelancer spend so that budgets are maintained and process is seamless. 

    Qualifications

    Some stuff that will help you get the job:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an agency
    • Ideally some Traffic Coordinator experience (maintaining agency workflow across a number of departments), but not mandatory
    • Awesome communication skills and a passion for building great working relationships
