Heartbeat Ideas is looking for an Account Supervisor to help us develop, nurture and grow our relationships with top-tier healthcare clients. The Account Supervisor must become an expert in our clients’ businesses and be the clear voice of the client within the Agency. It is their job to ensure that all of our clients’ needs are being met as well as proactively explore ways to further service and grow these relationships.
4+ years of Account Management experience
Exceptional client management relationship skills
2 + years interactive marketing experience
Both DTC and HCP Healthcare experience a must
Proven ability to manage and grow marquee accounts
Knowledge of web development, Rich Media and online media
Ability to rapidly grasp client marketing objectives
Oncology or respiratory experience a plus
