Job Description

We’re looking for an ACD with a background in multi-disciplinary content design and production execution to join the Creative & Production team in Publicis Media Content. This would suit an experienced senior designer looking to take on more managerial, creative and commercial responsibilities.

You’ll drive the ideation and execution of our content design, helping to grow design capabilities and solutions for our clients. You’ll be responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary design and post-production briefs to conceive and create best in class, multi-channel content solutions for our broad range of clients. You’ll play an important role in shaping and crafting proposals and responses, we’ll look to you to take an active part in business development. You’ll collaborate closely with creative producers, planners and strategists to define project scopes and workflows, with leadership responsibilities where design and content execution is concerned.

The candidate

  • Comfortable with engaging clients and colleagues on a conceptual level as well as a technical and executional level.
  • A visual and verbal storyteller, able to inspire as well as communicate complexities and abstractions clearly and concisely.
  • Very comfortable with ambiguity in a highly fluid and dynamic global agency environment.
  • Experience directing multi-disciplinary designers, artists and craftspeople both internal and external to deliver on a consistent, client-approved vision.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, providing calm and rational expertise throughout whole project workflows.  
  • A perfectionist with the desire to push boundaries and constantly raise the quality and effectiveness of our work
  • A passion for embracing and experimenting with new technology.

Responsibilities

  • Own design output across a number of projects, providing directional oversight and ensuring each deliverable is executed to the highest quality.
  • Develop new business stories and approaches, which lead to exciting, inspiring, and well-shaped work for our clients.
  • Build trust and credibility whilst cultivating relationships with the Content Practice and across agencies within Publicis Groupe.
  • Assess performance and provide guidance/direction for your direct report.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to craft and identify the best possible workflow and methodology for a number of projects.
  • A collaborative, hands-on attitude with the skillset to match.

Qualifications

Experience

We don’t care how long you’ve been in the industry or where you’ve come from, so long as you’re comfortable and competent with the above.

However, desirable experience might include:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a design-related subject.

Experience working with multiple formats, channels and mediums — often in the same project.

Experience working in an agency or similarly dynamic environment.
