Job Description

The Client Partner is responsible for providing best-in-class leadership for one of our largest accounts. This role is responsible to manage and help steward Flagship campaign planning and activation across owned and paid channels including (.com, CRM, media). As a Client Partner, you build intimate and trusted relationships to lead mid-tier client engagements. You are an expert in guiding clients through their digital transformation to achieve desired outcomes.

You will ensure Client satisfaction and retention, working to address client needs/concerns quickly and effectively. They should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing clarity and focus for cross-functional teams. They should be highly detail oriented with an ability synthesize information from multiple business perspectives to identify opportunities and establish priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Media with extensive knowledge of the media planning and buying process, media audiences, audience segmentation, as well as testing, reporting, and analytics. Experience leading integrated campaigns across Paid+Owned is a plus

The Client Partner will work closely with the US Business Lead to identify growth areas for the client(s) and deliver strategic recommendations to help the client expand or uncover new opportunities across acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win back areas.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive integration and connected thinking across Paid and Owned channels, collaborating with key discipline leads to deliver Flagship campaign plans
  • Understands client organization/stakeholders, market, category and product at depth – Consumer Electronics, Automotive experience is a plus
  • Informs strategy team and participates in campaign development to meet client objectives and KPIs
  • Key client contact for day-to-day on campaign deliverables and strategic initiatives
  • Partners with agencies (IAT) for strategic alignment, collaboration and sharing of knowledge and insights
  • Provides feedback to the team, participates in reviews as the project progresses
  • Addresses client escalations/risks
  • Participates in cross channel communication/coordination helping to “connect the dots”
  • Debriefs + recaps from major client meetings or 1:1s (partnership with PM)
  • Facilitates QBRs​ and any post-mortems, action plans

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related industry experience; preferably marketing or agency experience
  • Experience working on large, high-velocity accounts, handles fast-pace and change with ease.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines   
  • Apply creative thinking and analytical problem-solving skills to deliver results
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build client rapport
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions of an organization
  • Strong client-service orientation 
  • Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
  • Sound business acumen
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and provide direction through coaching and mentorship
