Job Description

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join Zenith UK and Publicis Media hiring for a number of our media and performance marketing needs, across all levels and disciplines.

Talent Acquisition’s responsibility is to expertly advise on all matters relating to the hiring needs of the business, never taking an eye off the top talent in the market and striving to ensure that our hiring process is world class for candidate experience, calibration and creating a diverse, unrivaled workforce.

Talent Resourcer responsibilities include using the optimal blend of channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.  Our firm commitment to an open and inclusive workplace means you strive to identify, engage, and build talent pipelines that include underrepresented populations for all roles.

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partners in the delivery of identifying best in class talent to the business 
  • Join briefing meetings with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand the needs of hiring managers and department heads  
  • Developing more complex sourcing techniques for those hard to fill roles  
  • Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates 
  • Collaborate closely throughout the process with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers  
  • Build up comprehensive knowledge and intelligence of where the best talent in the market could be found through competitor, market analysis and relevant event attendance  
  • Begin to cultivate a data / insights driven approach to what we do, using this to help influence the right hiring decisions and make the right strategic plays for talent pooling    
  • Develop strong internal relationships, as well as longer terms candidate associations through strong written and verbal communication 

Qualifications

  • Experience of using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Confident on the phone and video calls with candidates and hiring managers
  • An interest in people and improving efficiencies
  • Keen to learn about media and to be emersed in the industry
