Job Description

The creative director will lead the concepting, development and execution of creative visions. This position requires excellent digital and creative skills, the ability to resolve complex issues, the ability to internalize and react to data and consumer behavior, experience managing all-around efforts, an interest in strategy, and a passion for advancing significant ideas. Must be able to spearhead a variety of projects while collaborating with teams across disciplines and sister agencies. Must have excellent presentation skills and experience with presenting to senior, high-level clients. Must be able to provide a list of recent industry awards and achievements and have an online portfolio. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in creative direction 
  • Served in a creative director role for a well-known brand
  • Proven success in leading multiple social media campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience in generating ideas at an award-winning level.  
  • Portfolio or reel must display the ability to do work that appeals to diverse audiences with strong conceptual ideas in a wide variety of media.
  • Portfolio must show experience in 360 campaigns 
  • Collection of work should include campaigns that target the Hispanic American audience
  • Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Proven track record of award-winning projects and career achievement
