The Senior Broadcast Producer is responsible for all of the Agency’s post-production: reel editing, motion graphics, color correction, visual effects, compression and encoding. He/she embraces the Conill spirit of One Team, One Dream, Nothing is Impossible. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

•    Manages own schedules and workload to tag all new commercials.  Handles sessions and quality control. Contributes to standard of great production values at Conill.
•    Provides support for Producers in Broadcast department.  Supports and learns throughout production process.  Handles revisions and dubs requests.  Keeps directors reels and vendor contacts up to date.  Manages radio production budgets.
•    Contributes to great creative at Conill.  Supports creative executions with stellar tools and vendors.  Provides production knowledge and experience that elevates creative process.

• College degree preferred. Film background preferred
• Proficient with the following computer software/systems: Internet and email applications, MS Office PhotoShop, Filemaker and electronic file exchange.
• Ability to describe detailed computer operations and terms over the phone
• Ability to create presentations
• Able to prioritize large volume of work effectively & efficiently with deadlines
• Able to maintain positive, respectful and professional relationships with other departments, clients and vendors
• Knowledge of current trends in Internet design and applicationAbility to use good judgment when making business decisions and performing tasks
• Administrative experience in Broadcast or Audio Visual Departments

• Very flexible. Must deal with conflicting schedules and creative needs

• Excellent problem solver. Most jobs are customized to the assignment, meaning that the solutions are unique to each commercial execution

• High level of taste. Agency depends on individual to make creative decisions.

• Contact with Others. 95% of work schedule requires working with co-workers or suppliers

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Advertising preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
