Job Description

In this role you would be working on the Nestlé account, across a range of categories and brands that will provide an exciting mix of challenges and different thinking. The work itself will be rewarding as you’ll be exposed to most of what Zenith offers to it clients – planning, strategy, insights/analytics and partnerships/sponsorship to name but a few areas.

Nestlé is a client that offers great variety. It is a high-spending portfolio client and you’d be working specifically across Nespresso & Petcare (which includes brands such as Purina, Felix, Dentalife and many more!)

We are responsible for planning across all paid media channels so you’d have fantastic exposure across the board. Nestlé also have a robust test and learn programme, ensuring best practice to maximise effectiveness in everything we do.

The account is future facing with initiatives in place to become carbon neutral and we are predicting continued growth into 2022. It’s a really exciting time to be joining the Nestlé planning team.

The Work

  • Support your Business Director & immediate team to deliver outstanding work every time
  • Be go-to person for day-to-day running of the team and campaign delivery
  • Ensure the Managers (2) and Execs (2) on the team deliver operational excellence
  • Collaborate with experts within the business to drive the NestleOne proposition to the highest standard

The Clients

  • Nespresso hot of the press has just won two awards at the Campaign Media Awards 2022 for their fierce focus on consumer identify and sustainability drive. It’s a forward thinking brand with ample budget to be spent on innovation, inspiration and a new way of thinking. With the growth of at artisan home coffee and change in coffee routines now is the time to driving new fresh thinking!
  • Petcare encompasses 6 brands; Purina, Felix, Dentalife, Bakers and a few more smaller more niche brands. This is hugely exciting as there is a total budget of £8million to be spent. Through the power of our unique data science tools created bespoke for Nestle you will have the power to combine these with your brilliant planning knowledge to drive portfolio prioritisation and best in class thinking

The Team

  • The NestleOne planning team is a total of 14 individuals and is split by categories with dedicated team members. We all work within specific categories but have a very specific one team mentality, coming together at multiple occasions in the week.
  • The entire team was re-created in October 2022 with very member being new- so it a great time to join a team who are on the journey of creating something brilliant together. We are very much a team which supports, enjoys and values each other.
  • Your dedicated team will be the Nespresso & Petcare team, which is a group of 5 (3 Managers, two execs and one Business Director) 
  • Being a huge win for Publicis and being a new power of one proposition, you will get exposure to Publicis group senior stakeholders. You will have a chance to work with some of the best minds in the industry as well as have resource, innovation and specialist support at your fingertips.

 

Qualifications

  • A confident, ambitious and motivated planner who can work autonomously, but also enjoys working within a team. We have a strong collaborative working culture and hence we are looking for someone who can fit in with this.
  • The ideal candidate would have a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to quickly get stuck into projects.
  • A strategic & inquisitive mind with a proven track record of using multiple data inputs to arrive at well-thought through and exciting media solutions
  • Experience of planning and optimising campaigns across both ATL and digital channels.
