Job Description

This role calls for a dynamic, brave & passionate planning mind to support on our crucial Global new business win, AB InBev, across iconic brands such as Budweiser, Stella Artois & Corona and 10 European markets. ABI, the world’s largest brewer is on a transformation journey to maximize competitive advantage through data and innovative media solutions. Ultimately driving more impactful and meaningful connections to their beloved brands, we believe this account will redefine how FMCG marketing is done.

The role would report directly into the Managing Director overseeing the ABI relationship and be the most senior, fully dedicated person on the business. As a result, you will be the senior voice on many all agency and senior client meetings, providing strategic support and consultative service and develop a strong relationship with local Starcom teams in our 10 active markets including UK, France, Germany, and Italy. You would also work closely with regional data, digital, and strategy leads being staffed on the business and have 2-3 direct reports to help manage the local markets.

Together with other senior members of the team, the BD is a leadership role within the ABI team, with a high profile responsibility to drive the client and agency strategic visions in concert.  You would be responsible for the perception of the strategies and innovation we bring to our ABI partnership across both centrally-led programs and driving improvement in local work.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing positive nature, who is confident to be the senior “front of house” Starcom voice in partner agency and client meetings
  • Several years leading communications planning projects that includes planning of integrated communications across paid, owned, and earned media
  • Ideally several years of regional and/or global work which brings with it an understanding and appreciation for nuances between different markets
  • Able to work within and contribute to an integrated agency team across media and data
  • Tight project leadership skills including driving accuracy, organization and collaboration from our team
  • Ensuring all outputs from the team are of a high quality standard
  • Ability to think through and design over-arching marketing idea rational and tactical approach to a programme executions
  • Strong grasp of the communications planning process and an understanding of how digital channels can work alongside other media
