Job Description

Three are a different mobile operator, built from the ground up for the future of mobile and
connectivity. They oversaw the moment phones became more fun than function. Their
commitment to data made the world of the internet accessible; they were a liberating and
democratising force in the market. They took down the barriers on data and later, roaming, so
their customers could use their phones abroad at no extra cost.

With ambitious targets for both their brand and performance in 2022 and beyond, they are looking to grow their business for the future. By making the brand more familiar and relevant to consumers we will help them achieve their targets and go from fourth to third in the telco market

The work itself will be rewarding in the respect of allowing the candidate to be exposed to
most of what Zenith offers to it clients planning, strategy, insights/analytics and
partnerships/sponsorship to name but a few areas.

This specific role will sit within the performance orientated part of the team working on the
always on DR plans for both Three, including their B2B plans) and their smaller, more
embryonic value brand Smarty. But the role also requires the candidate to work closely with the planners looking after the brand side of the account so that all of our work is viewed holistically.
 

The Work

  • Support Planning Directors to deliver outstanding work every time
  • Be go to person for day to day running of the team and campaign delivery
  • Ensure you and Execs on the team deliver operational excellence
  • Be the lead for smaller responses to client briefs
  • Look for proactive media opportunities to share with your client

The Clients

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key, day to day clients
  • Deliver and set example to Execs of immaculate client service (ICS)
  • Ensure ICS is delivered by your direct reports
  • Be proactive in day to day client management
  • Understand client’s business and identify and share category news

The Commercial

  • Understand how we make money, be aware of growth opportunities
  • Support Planning Directors to deliver win:win opportunities for the agency and client
  • Ensure absolute financial accuracy and PO management

  • Manage 1 x Manage 1 x ExecExec
  • Lead by example, to help direct reports to be their best
  • Set clear progression plans for your direct report(s)
  • Embrace and drive positive culture within your team
  • Build positive relationships with partner agencies and Build positive relationships with partner agencies and suppliers

Qualifications

  • A confident, ambitious and motivated planner who can work autonomously, but also enjoys working within a team. We have a strong collaborative working culture and hence we are looking for someone who can fit in with this.
  • A strategic & inquisitive mind with a proven track record of using multiple data inputs to arrive at well-thought through and exciting media solutions
  • Experience presenting to clients and internal peers.
  • Experience of planning and optimising campaigns across both ATL and digital channels.
  • Excellent project management skills
