Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will get to play a pivotal role, working directly with both local and global teams, optimising the digital performance for some of the world’s most iconic beauty brands, while building a deeper and broader skillset for themselves.

Working closely with the Global Associate Director, the candidate will also be responsible for ensuring campaigns are optimized in flight and meet expected KPIs and all reports are delivered to a high standard. The candidate will also be involved in building relationships with Zenith Global, PGD teams as well as Zenith in-market planners.

The core skillset of the manager includes knowledge of all channels particularly Paid Social, Programmatic and Paid Search. Training can be provided if required, but any existing knowledge would be a benefit.

The Senior Performance Manager will be supported by PGD account executives in the channel, the management of these direct reports remaining a key daily responsibility to achieve activation success.

YOU WILL...

  • Educate and empower marketing teams by delivering best in class insights into the digital media trends and best practice, competitor analysis and driving innovation
  • Champion the data and KPI driven approach for the ongoing improvements to the strategy and our results
  • Lead the Test & Learn programme by providing in-depth analysis of the historical campaigns and propose new strategies and tactics to be tested
  • Ongoing optimisation and evolution of the overall digital strategy by integrating and evolving our approach to data
  • Digital education and upskilling driving excellence and consistency in markets and client teams
  • Create PowerPoint presentations to articulate the proposed strategies

Qualifications

YOU HAVE...

  • A strategic understanding of digital performance channels from programmatic, paid social to paid search
  • In depth knowledge of digital performance channels and formats and a real interest in exploring new ways to drive traffic to brand websites and engage audiences through paid digital media
  • Hands on expertise with advanced targeting, precision advertising, building audiences, and campaigns optimization to drive high ROI
  • Constant test and learn approach and ambition to drive industry best practice
  • Understanding of how to improve digital media campaign performance through optimization of targeting and creatives. Experience working with dynamic creative is desirable
  • Strong data and organizational skills with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel & pivot tables
  • Experience in digital media and competency in relevant digital tools (preferably Google Marketing platform)
  • Experience in Performance media strategies & analysis, whether from an agency, D2C or retailer
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into that which can be easily understood
  • Strong technical, numerical and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of holistic media planning
  • Strong presentation/communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire
