Job Description

The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for the cross-discipline and cross-partner integration on the GST Business.  This person brings a team together and supports the overall business and execution planning in collaboration with our General Market agency partner. The AE is a true business partner who knows the organization and feeds this information to the rest of the team to ensure success.  Results oriented, the AE is instilling a higher level of measurability and accountability to the rest of the team.  The ideal candidate knows how to think strategically, can spot opportunities, is organized, and can work tactically to execute campaigns across various stakeholders.  

Account Management Tasks:

  • Support all aspects of business from planning business goals to managing creative delivery to analyzing campaign results (working with General Market agency, Moxie). 
  • Manages integrated initiatives, spearheading monthly campaign delivery. 
  • Supports all assignment briefs in partnership with Strategic Planning via analysis of Sales/Product information (i.e. business landscape). 
  • Partners very closely with Strategic Planning, Creative and General Market partners to help sell ideas to client. This requires a level of trust, instinct and risk-taking/risk-management.
  • Oversee overall client budgets, scope, burn/forecast, client contract, fees and compensation in partnership with internal operations lead. 

Project Management Tasks:

  • Informs and controls project workflow, tactically managing day-to-day project operations. 
  • Routes GST layouts, copy, content decks, images, proofs, etc. for internal approvals to ensure internal quality controls are being met. Responsible for obtaining creative approvals, routing assets through proofreading.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within process; suggest/implement solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Digital, Social and Dynamic knowledge
  • Strong comprehension of metrics evaluation.
  • Practice standard operating procedures within the department to engage with others professionally, efficiently and profitably.
