Job Description

Client Services | Executive Client Partner

We’re searching for an Executive Client Partner of Client Services who can demonstrate deep advertising and digital marketing expertise along with customer understanding. You will be the primary Razorfish client engagement lead for a high-profile dynamic Groupe power-of-one, client relationship.

You’ll act as a key contributor to client and agency initiatives, understanding our client’s market, business model and business problems in order to serve effectively as a trusted advisor. You’ll also inspire others by consistently demonstrating diplomatic and persuasive skills with colleagues. You’ll articulate your vision, which communicates a clear perspective and drives a high-impact agency team.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Formulate well-informed, strategic approach to leading business
  • Retain and nurture key clients and see beyond explicit assignments to identify broader, longer term opportunities
  • Leverage client relationships in development of business growth
  • Develop standards to manage against financial goals
  • Manage resources to meet financial targets
  • Innovate operational strategies to improve business performance
  • Provide direct and consistent feedback on an ongoing basis, encouraging and rewarding the team’s efforts and accomplishments
  • Promote a culture that values multiple views and encourages diversity
  • Demonstrate excellent client handling skills
  • Anticipate and accurately identify and prioritize client needs
  • Establish, grow and sustain senior-level client relationships based on trust
  • Apply a flexible skill set across a variety of client relationships and business solutions
  • Champion fresh ideas, regardless of company source
  • Adapt between managing day-to-day business needs and long-term strategic responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong corporate citizenship through involvement in team events, learning forums and other activities

Qualifications

 

  • Four year degree
  • 10-15 years experience including deep advertising, digital marketing experience
  • Experience in the Health Care industry a plus
  • At least 7 years of client leadership including integrated marketing programs and client relationship management with preferably a full AOR scope
  • Refined understanding of traditional advertising and the integration of marketing, creative, account planning, media, technology and supporting customer analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing client relationships
  • In depth communication and written skills
  • Strong analytic and strategic abilities
  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
