Digitas Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Strategy. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in defining research-based content needs that bridge the gap between consumer needs and business goals. They are adept at leading the development and execution of a holistic content strategy across channels (paid, owned, and earned). The ideal candidate has a proven track record that enables them to confidently work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (creative, account, analytics, planning) to deliver executable strategies and innovative approaches to reach business goals and redefine patient/HCP experiences.

·       Leading end-to-end content strategy development, building and optimizing multi-channel initiatives

·       Crystalizing compelling data and synthesizing research observations into actionable insights for the creative and client teams to execute against

·       Identifying new trends and preparing technical guidance/governance to spark new programs, innovative content development, and support client teams in evolving their marketing efforts for organic growth

·       Designing marketing strategy with a knowledge of digital platforms and ecosystems, including a focused knowledge around social media platforms

·       Being the most socially and digitally savvy person in your network

·       Structuring engagements around live events and operating in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

·       Delivering a consistent and cohesive customer experience

·       Presenting, designing or facilitating technical workshops

·       Writing, presenting, and publishing work (Powerpoint skills highly encouraged)

·       Supporting the development of new talent

Qualifications

·       Minimum 6 - 8 years of content strategy experience including digital and social media

·       Minimum 2 - 3 years management experience

·       BA or BS required (MA/MS a plus)

·       Agency experience and expertise across planning/strategy, writing/design, analytics, or technology (oncology experience is a plus)

·       Expert level attention to detail

·       Expert level diplomacy and professionalism with heightened common sense

·       Excellent client service, relationship management and executive presentation skills

·       Highly organized and detail-oriented operational manager

·       Creative mindset with strong knowledge of current social web and content development and emerging trends

·       Strong leadership and talent management skills; experience successfully leading and developing a strong and growing department or division
