Job Description

Overview 
The Senior Associate for Billing  will work in conjunction with the Digital Media Investment teams to aid in the reconciliation of invoices to our publishers as well as our agency partners. They will liaise with our finance teams to find financial solutions that resolve any billing discrepancies and establish a streamlined billing process to increase efficiency.  

Roles and Responsibilities  

  • Monthly media reconciliation support 
  • Manage invoice discrepancy resolution
  • Organize bi-weekly meetings with team to discuss reconciliation 
  • Provide assistance on media billing questions  
  • Partner with media vendors to reconcile monthly campaign delivery – contact vendors, input data, track invoice payments, dispute invoice discrepancies, etc. 
  • Confirm that financial contracts are being stored accurately
  • Become familiar with tools and process, procurement system and billing process, and training documentation 
  • Liaison between USA based teams and Offshore teams 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Basic understanding/use of Prisma Media Ocean
  • Basic understanding of Ad Servers (i.e. DCM, Innovid, etc.)  
  • Proficiency in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficient in managing numbers 
  • Detail oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Problem solver
