Job Description

The Senior Account Executive works in conjunction with account teams and leadership to fulfill client campaign planning, execution, management and analysis. This role interfaces with our clients on a daily basis and is responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship. This position is designed for someone with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience and is the key contributor for all client day to day issues and projects.

Senior Account Executives also work closely with the project management, strategy, data, analytics, and creative and email/print production teams to appropriately define the client’s opportunity and deliver a set of solutions aimed at fulfilling brand objectives. Being able to multi-task, problem solve, bring a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment is paramount. CRM experience is mandatory, and automotive marketing experience is preferred.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understands client organization/stakeholders, market and product at depth
  • Educates client on CRM best practices 
  • Informs strategy team and participates in strategy development to address client objectives and KPIs
  • Prepares creative briefs, provides feedback to creative team, participates in creative reviews as project progresses through the development process 
  • Defines high level audience and messaging segments to inform/kick off data team in development of business rules
  • Informs analytics team on key measurement, provides insights related to campaign performance 
  • Coordinates communications across sales, service and Uconnect – both internally and often within client stakeholders
  • Addresses client escalations/risks related to creative, data, analytics for CRM
  • Participates in cross channel communication/coordination (site, social, etc) 
  • This project creates an opportunity to develop CRM templates, dashboard/reproting to support the launch of a new generation of Auto campaigns that drive business revenue for 6 Auto brands.  

Qualifications

·       2-3 years of work experience in a digital agency, CRM

·       Understands marketing reporting and able to contribute insights

·       Creative agency experience desired

·       Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office

·       Email and search engine marketing experience

·       Eagerness to start leading a team

·       Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations

·       Strong time management and organizational skills

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Outstanding communication and presentation skills
