Job Description

We are on the search for enthusiastic SEM Specialist to join our team, delivering excellent service to our clients and capable of defining the future of paid search at Performics. Understanding how consumers think, feel and behave in relation to products/services. Ensuring that we are a market leader, and how best to organise for success.

How you’d spend your day:

  • Creation and monitoring of Search, Discovery, GDN and Youtube campaigns.
  • Management and optimization of audiences.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and advertising on Google and Bing platforms.
  • Implementation and use of search tools such as SA360.
  • Strategy, reporting and campaign optimization.
  • Establishment of SEM plans and proposals. Development, activation and optimization of the tactical descent.
  • Communication with clients
  • Analysis of keywords, creation of copies and the structure of campaigns based on objectives.
  • Budget management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar
  • +2 years of experience and knowledge in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) processes
  • Native or high level of French
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • High level in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Google Analytics knowledge is a plus
