Overview:

Performics is seeking rising juniors and seniors for our Internship Program in our Chicago, New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles offices. Experienced employees will mentor interns to give them exposure to day-to-day agency business and client relationship management.  Graduates of the program emerge with the skillset and knowledge to begin a successful career in the digital marketing area through a combination of on-the-job training, project assignments, and classroom training. 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute digital campaign strategies 

  • Assist in managing daily workflow for client programs 

  • Monitor budgeting, forecasting, billing, and invoicing 

  • Shadow weekly/monthly client calls 

  • Keyword and website research using online tools 

  • Assist with competitive reviews and program tests 

  • Provide assistance as needed to account staff 

  • Stay up-to-date on newest industry trends 

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate are:

  • Passionate about creating and building brands and companies 

  • Idea generators - inspired by culture, arts, popular trends – who live to break new ground 

  • Collaborative workers with a team orientation 

  • Eager to learn, not afraid of new challenges, and willing to work hard while having fun 

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks and manage time 

  • Able to adapt to any situation; the person everyone wants on their team 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Must be a rising junior or senior at the undergraduate level 

  • Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours/week for the duration of the program  

  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize 

  • Must possess the ability to think analytically 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required 

  • Exposure to digital media and analytical tools ideal
