The Publicis Creative Talent Practices team supports the pillar as a whole and agencies/brand HR teams across the pillar in a wide range of activities related to employee relations, communications, and compliance.  

Job Description

The Talent Specialist will provide essential day-to-day support relating to employee relations, communications and compliance.  This position will have the opportunity to create and support new HR resources, and grow through engagement & visibility to full range of HR practices. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Help create and draw insight from regular talent reports highlighting trends in overall headcount, turnover, hiring, and DEI workforce metrics 
  • Pull data from HR platforms and employee surveys for ad hoc analyses to help explain workforce trends and identify issues to address 
  • Support the investigation process for employee complaints through interview notes and summaries
  • Participate in broader US and global Groupe initiatives as Creative stakeholder to provide input to policy harmonization, share feedback on Groupe programs, and to serve as POC to disseminate information to Creative HR teams and employees 
  • Provide ad hoc talent management support to brand HR teams when additional resource needed, e.g., RIF support, acquisitions or brand integrations, leave of absence coverage, initiatives that warrant additional support
  • Help create references, FAQs, and resources for HR teams and/or employees on relevant topics, e.g., policy introductions, mental health resource reminders, hybrid work practices
  • Draft or synthesize communications for CTO and/or brand HR leads to send to employees with updates on company policies, perks, and other HR topics 
  • Help manage various compliance initiatives, e.g., POC for annual conflict of interest process 
  • Support pillar and brand CSR reporting and related initiatives, e.g., “best places for working mothers” award submissions
  • Help support consistent implementation across brands of USMS HR programs and company-wide policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Project manage ad hoc HR initiatives as needed

Qualifications

●      Strong written and oral communication skills

●      Proactive strategic thinking and creative problem-solving

●      Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

●      Technical and administrative knowledge of all HR functions 

●      Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information 

●      A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach, with a willingness to embrace new challenges

●      Flexibility to multitask, prioritize, and organize multiple projects/tasks concurrently while meeting required deadlines

●      Ideal for someone who can independently execute tasks and take ownership of responsibilities

●      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field

●      3+ years’ experience in HR, advertising/marketing is a plus  

●      Experience in an organization with an established HR shared services model a plus

●      Experience creating and implementing HR practices and procedures

●      Experience managing highly confidential data

●      Expert skill level using MS Office products and HR data platforms; ability to quickly become fluent with new platforms
