Job Description

The Ad Operations Coordinator is responsible for building and troubleshooting display media campaigns in Google Campaign Manager 360 and other ad servers. This individual also works with client teams to coordinate implementation of ads and tracking tags across publisher and client websites.  Beyond this, they will be exposed to a never-ending variety of questions, technical issues and opportunities to learn and grow their skills in a field that provides exposure to every facet of digital advertising. 

Responsibilities 

  • Traffic digital ad campaigns within client and agency-owned ad servers. ​ 
  • Create and implement tracking tags on client and publisher web properties 
  • Investigate delivery discrepancies & other publisher technical issues​ 
  • Investigate client site tagging to ensure all end action tags are functioning and firing properly​ 
  • Track and reconcile invoices for ad server and ad operations client fees 
  • QA and troubleshoot campaign builds and delivery issues 

Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess -  

  • A basic understanding of online display and video advertising 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently​ 
  • Numerical and computer skills​ (Strong Excel knowledge is a definite asset) 
  • An inquisitive and detail-oriented mind 
  • The ability to multi-task and work efficiently​ 
  • HTML/coding Knowledge is always an asset
