Job Description

ROLE

This role will be a Paid Social Account Executive reporting to Paid Social Account Manager. We are a global and diverse team based in London and Mumbai, our team of 40+ social media professionals is the extension of H&M Social Media team to deliver full-funnel strategy. The H&M Global Paid Social team supports H&M Paid Social initiative across 59 markets.

H&M is second biggest global fashion retailer, delivering fashion and quality at best price in a more sustainable way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business

  • Achieve client targets based on markets assigned to your team, in conjunction with the Performance Media Senior Executive and Managers.
  • Have an innovative and creative approach to thinking and constant optimisation on social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Initiate and undertake campaign management tasks including:
    • Audience segmentation
    • Ad uploading and execution
    • Optimise bids and targeting
    • Budget monitoring
    • Producing, updating and understanding campaign reports
  • Keep up to date with all industry developments–building thorough knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Tumblr environments.

Operation

  • Administration - ensuring finances operation are up to date and correct:
    • Booking campaigns onto the invoicing system
    • Reconciling actual spends each month
    • Resolving various finance queries
    • Regular budget tracking
  • Initiate and implement automation solution to enhance team and personal productivity.

Qualifications

Key requirements

We are looking for a curious learner, organised Paid Social Account Executive who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. The client’s business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, hence an ideal candidate will be someone who display solution-oriented and positive attitude to join the team.
