Job Description

Position Summary

The Account Coordinator role executes flawlessly, prioritizes attention to details.  Focuses on coordinating and communicating.  Exhibits professional and motivating behavior.

 

Key Responsibilities

Agency Operations

·         Knows how the agency works and how jobs flow through the agency

·         Finances: Familiarity with and adherence to agency financial and operating procedures and policies. Organizes budgets, bills, other financial measures

·         Solution oriented. Resourceful. Knows when to alert management to an issue.

Knowledge

·         Broad but basic knowledge of the brand, category, and media channels

·         Continuously learning technology

·         Adheres to agency process.

Strategy

·         Knowledge of competitors

·         Planning: Research on category, competitive data, therapeutic areas as required. Ability to effectively yet concisely communicate research results.

Tactics and Execution

·         Diligently and flawlessly execute on assigned area of project. 

·         Works with account team to execute plan tactics

·         Contribute to accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelines

·         Develops strong and positive working relationships with project management, creative, finance, other departments

Client Relationship

Detailed, professional and timely communications to internal team

·         Presentations: Organizes client presentations and internal meetings

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Demonstrated interest in digital advertising, marketing or communications
