We are looking for a mid-level UX/UI designer who enjoys the end-to-end process of UX and UI. You have participated in design-thinking sessions and understand the output required from each stage (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver). Although you are fundamentally knowledgeable in UX (design research, IA, wireframing, interaction), your strength is in UI. You are someone who has an eye for aesthetics and details, resourceful in crafting exceptional visual design within fixed deadlines. You will work in a lean team where you can further improve UX skills from UX experts but given ownership when it comes to the design (style guide, components). A bonus if you understand web analytics concepts as to how it impacts business KPIs.

Tasks & Responsibilities 

• Participate in design research including design audit and user interviews
• Participate in affinity mapping
• Develop personas, user stories and customer journey maps
• Identify design opportunities
• Participate in ideation and wireframing
• Take ownership in design and prototyping
• Participate in usability testing
• Develop final design (e.g. Style guide and working files with annotations for developers)•Toolkit if necessary

• Proven knowledge of UX (conceptual or industry work)
• Strong knowledge of Figma, Mural or Similar
• Proven capabilities in design (UI or graphic design related industry works)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good time-management skills
• Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma,Illustrator and Photoshop
