Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full understanding of 360 Marketing strategy
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Efficiencies vs effectiveness platform and objective selection
  • Develop campaign strategy and align with the internal or external clientteams
  • Stakeholder management across client, Partner and internal management
  • Evaluate the best approaches and draw conclusions that are both data and marketing-driven from client campaigns on a tactical level
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Provide advanced actionable insights and implement them to see campaign take shape
  • Ensure campaign is executed on all relevant platforms, starting with the objective driving ones
  • Have the know-how in dealing with App campaigns and Always on engagement strategies, taking consumers through the marketing funnel and driving in app transactions (Preferably Financial or Banking Agency experience)
  • Be able to confidently operate and report on Google Analytics and other main Web analytics tools.
  • Have a brief understanding of Customer lifetime value•Be full understanding of the full Marketing ecosystem (Tagging, SDK integrations, Platform linking, Creative direction, Media and data Amplification Strategy)
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize and communicate campaign traction to both internal and external clients
  • KPI and Data-Driven approach to campaign direction and strategy
  • Communicate campaign details and objectives as necessary, including KPI expectations
  • Keep up with new and innovative trends
  • Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’sor master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments•Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
