Job Description

The Digital Strategy & Success team within APEX acts as a centralized resource providing tactical planning recommendations, margin analysis, media and data strategy, vendor relations, campaign stewardship, billing, and client support.


The Supervisor, Digital Strategy at APEX is responsible for crafting strategic recommendations for Publicis Media agency teams while providing product expertise, rationale, and materials to support our recommendations. The Supervisor, Digital Strategy will provide hands on support to the team of digital strategists, while acting as a planning and investment lead for assigned accounts.

Role Objectives:

  • Own strategy and media planning for key APEX accounts
  • Manage campaign pricing to effectively drive client results and profitability
  • Prepare any support media plan deliverables such as presentations or research
  • Oversee planning on accounts to ensure highest level of service is provided
  • Review proposals done by junior level team members for quality; to ensure all client needs are met
  • Oversee pre-sale and negotiation process while providing key deliverables including site lists, avails, RFI’s, campaign handoffs, etc.
  • Lead team status meetings and provide opportunity for professional development
  • Serve as first point of escalation for troubleshooting issues
  • Attend all APEX partner meetings to stay current on knowledge of capabilities
  • · Provide feedback and implement solutions as business needs change to improve upon team processes

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred  
  • 4+ years of digital advertising industry experience including programmatic, video, streaming audio, research and verification partners
  • 1+ years of management
  • Knowledge of CRM and first party data usage is a plus
  • Systems & software proficiency (Salesforce, PowerPoint, automation tools, media software, data visualization tools, etc.)
  • Skilled at delivering feedback.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to break down complex issues and implement solutions to key stakeholders and clients
