The creative department is the heart of the agency. A place where our diverse crew of integrated designers, makers, writers and doers come together to make great ideas happen. Data is at the core of much of what we do, and we use this to guide our thinking, and help transform our clients businesses.

Role Summary

You are the driving force on every project; a problem solver at heart, with an intuitive knack of creating beautifully simple products and experiences. You see ambition and greatness in every brief and never tire of pushing the work to be better. You build relationships with your clients, guiding them through the complexities of creative concepting, design development and production. You can oversee and inspire multidisciplinary teams from the initial briefing to the final delivery. You know that collaboration and team work is the key to every successful project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative teams across multiple projects and on-going timelines, you will personally ensure final deliverables meet our standards and client expectations.
  • Strong ability to prioritise work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term need. Timelines, budgets, and availabilities change—we need someone who can roll with it.
  • Help shape the creative department, manage and mentor junior members of the team and play a key role in business development
  • Have a conceptual Art based background
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • A strong working knowledge of the fundamentals—interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development and the creative process—as well as new platforms and technologies.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and comfortable working directly with clients
  • You will have a compelling portfolio of work, showcasing a wide variety of integrated work
  • You have examples of successful projects e.g. smashing performance targets or award recognition
