To succeed in this role, you will need to:

1. Manage vendor payments, including review of vendor reconciliations and taking corrective actions.
2. Manage client receivables and accelerate collections in liaison with dedicated teams.
3. Prepare and disseminate weekly reports on unbilled projects and work closely with the operational team to ensure timely billing of clients.
4. Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
5. Prepare quarterly forecasts including yearly budget.
6. Responsible for the Monthly closing including substantiation of BS accounts and P&L variance analysis.
7. Prepare monthly binders for internal audits, with relevant back up documentation.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in Accounting.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA is a plus.
3. Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
4. Proficiency in MS office with strong capability in MS Excel
5. A professional qualification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
6. Highly collaborative and a team player, with the ability to work and deliver under pressure.
7. Fluent in English and Arabic.
8. Previous experience in the Saudi market is a plus.
