Job Description

Working within a busy design and artwork studio, you will provide support and technically accurate input on all aspects of the artwork production process across all P&G brands. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely together and supporting the Account and Client Directors. 

  • Be the key day-to day contact across multiple projects, developing a good understanding of our client’s business, their issues, competitive environment, and help to drive integrated communication solutions and manage the approval process of projects. 

  • Coordinating project workflow and briefing with internal teams, including taking the brief to the creative team and managing feedback, managing timing plans/status documents and budgets across projects and ensuring the smooth progress and delivery of all work in development. 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with all other departments within the agency, including the project management, planning and creative departments. 

  • Participate in brainstorming, staff & client meetings, market research. 

  • Draft & distribute contact reports.

  • Business sense and ability to work with budgets and finance teams. 

  • Excellent understanding of the social landscape, sharing best-in-class practices, and helping create great work whilst looking for opportunities to continue evolving the business. 

Qualifications

  • At least one year experience of working within a client service team in an agency environment. 
  • FMCG experience will be very useful but not essential. 

  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
