Job Description

Performance Opportunity 

In this Account Supervisor role, you will lead and coordinate all Brand initiatives for a global leader in Pet Care. As their creative and lead agency, we are in charge of their above the line and online efforts, that are coordinated and integrated with partner agencies across all disciplines. In this role, you will need to connect and efficiently work with all agency departments (creative, strategy, production, operations, finance) to ensure excellence in delivery. Your work will primarily be focused on one of their lead brands (with occasional support on other brands within the portfolio), for General Market and US Hispanic segments. You will be supported and responsible for coaching and growing an Account Executive and work with an engaged, creative and multicultural team.

Scope of Work:

ATL and Online strategic and creative development: TV, Print, Digital/Social, OOH, Radio.

Lead Agency coordination

Reporting Structure: 

Reports to: VP Account Director

Director report: Account Executive (plus an intern potentially)

Qualifications

Hard skills: 

Deep understanding of TV, Print, OOH, Radio, Social creativity and production

Basic understanding of research / testing processes

Impeccable project management skills

Strategic mind with a clinical eye for details 

Good presentation and synthesis skills 

Soft skills: 

Passion for brand building and creating a long term impact 

Rigorous organization

Team player

Ability to handle many requests at once by prioritizing and focusing efforts

Ability to understand and operate a P&L and tracking yearly SOW progress

Any knowledge/ability mandatories:

Multicultural fluency (including but not limited to languages) is a strong plus.

Digital landscape knowledge is a plus
