Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Program Manager is a key member of the PHM Talent Acquisition team. This person is the connector between the Talent Acquisition strategic and operational priorities, recruiters, and talent market. You will help drive the delivery and management of strategic programs for Talent Acquisition to improve the experience of recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates. You will be responsible for keeping our Talent Acquisition team, data and systems running smoothly. You will also identify, establish and utilize industry and other recruiting events, partnerships and sponsorships to support our talent pipeline.

The Program Manager will partner closely with our internal Marketing & Communication teams to ensure recruiting priorities are pull through both internally and externally. You will be responsible driving the content needed to continuously bring new talent into the organization.

The Program Manager will be our operations expert with a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and the local and Groupe processes and systems.  You will be responsible to managing the day-to-day requisition and offer process as well as ensuring the data integrity throughout.

Finally, a critical part of this role is constantly surveying the marketplace for information to help the recruiting process. Whether it is competitor insights and/or changes in the talent landscape, you will be responsible for delivering up to the minute insights to the Recruiters and key stakeholders.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Developing key partnerships with diversity networks and ensuring the pipeline is open directly to the recruiters from a sourcing perspective
  • Responsible for the development of the Recruiter Playbook and assists in all onboarding practices of new hires and/or freelance recruiters
  • Develops and manages the PHM Associate Hiring Class(es) which includes the timeline, events, interview logistics, assignments, and offers
  • Responsible for identifying, contracting, utilizing, staffing recruiting events/sponsorships, including management of CRM and creating marketing materials. Will partner with Talent Acquisition team to leverage sourcing lists following events.  There will be a focus on diversity and industry partnerships.
  • Responsible the bi-weekly PHM Talent Acquisition Team Meeting
  • Responsible for creating new staffing vendor MSAs and monitoring MSAs evaluation/renewal
  • Recruits for various positions when needed
  • Uses data to make data driven decisions.
  • Ensures timely and accurate delivery of operational requests; prioritizes work across multiple requests and projects
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition operations and/or program management
  • 2+ years in Talent Acquisition Program Management
  • Process-driven program manager with a strong analytical background
  • Excited by change and driving innovation in the areas of recruiting, operations, and analytics
  • Experience with SmartRecruiters a plus
  • Experience with Smartsheet a plus
