Job Description

This person therefore requires the same ethos, and must be capable of working independently across multiple briefs and design for all types of media.

As a Motion Graphic and Digital Designer at Leo Burnett, you must be a quick learner, creative and happy to expand your skill set to take on anything that comes your way. A great understanding of animation and design are essential using After Effects to create 2D social/DOOH and Photoshop for digital design.

The candidate should be confident with animation and compositing projects, able to prepare both static and video assets, have an eye for design, layout and typography.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing 2D social, digital, DOOH from initial briefing stage to delivery.
  • Collaborating with the wider Design team and Creatives.
  • Complete fast turnaround of projects, whilst ensuring quality.
  • Familiar with agency ways of working with a good understanding of agency processes.
  • A strong communicator and capable of presenting your work.
  • Able to provide creative input and point of view.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback with a great attitude.

 

Qualifications

This role requires:

  • Proven relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent design and animation portfolio.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a constant drive to learn more.
  • A problem solver with the ability to work within the boundaries of technical constraints.

Skills:

  • After Effects including key 3rd party plugins.
  • Photoshop design and layout skills for standard and Rich media digital display.
  • A great eye for design, composition, timing, and detail.

Pluses:
Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.

  • 3D/2D character illustration and animation.
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D.

The successful candidate will be mainly working for one of our lead clients. In return, they will have the opportunity to develop their skills and talent, closely collaborating with the wider Design team.
