    Job Description

    Overview: The Senior Copywriter creates innovative copy solutions in the established voice and style of whichever brand they touch. You’re a master at balancing several projects at once and understand the importance of your craft. That means immersing yourself in the background of whatever brand/project you’re working on to ensure what you write is on-tone and error-free. You will collaborate daily with your art director partner, strategy team, and designers, and report directly to your Creative Director.

    Role Objectives:

    • Work with your partner to deliver big, highly conceptual creative ideas across multiple channels for a major CPG brand
    • Craft smart, hard-working scripts for TV and OLV
    • Bring a strong understanding of social media best practices, while also dreaming up innovative ways to break through
    • Help create solid presentation decks that outline your work and your thinking
    • Confidently and clearly present your ideas to both internal teams and clients
    • Mentor junior teams
    • Collaborate with strategy to ensure creative is aligned with brief
    • Display ability to juggle multiple projects and manage time accordingly

    Qualifications

    • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
    • 4+years in the advertising industry or related experience
    • Must have a strong ad portfolio, candidates will not be considered without one
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Be comfortable presenting to clients
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Be pro-active, self-starting and always thinking
    • Have passion for advertising that goes way beyond a “cool print ad”
    • Takes constructive criticism
    • Collaborative work ethic
    • Experienced multi-tasker
