Job Description

The Analyst will work with complex datasets to deliver data-led findings, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve CRM campaign performance. This position requires strong critical thinking, consulting and strategic marketing and analytical skills. The Analyst will apply knowledge of CRM marketing efforts to solve clients’ business problems and work collaboratively across various internal disciplines to drive marketing excellence and efficiency for our clients.

Role Objectives:

  • Analyze a breadth of CRM and enterprise data to provide insights and recommendations into the performance of clients’ program initiatives.
  • Develop measurement strategies and reporting of key business metrics.
  • Translate data through storytelling and data visualizations to communicate findings.
  • Maintain functional expertise in database marketing, analytical tools, techniques, and other infrastructure requirements as well as campaign performance dashboards.
  • Ability to communicate with CRM partners related to research, measurement, and benchmarking.
  • Work closely with respective team members from various disciplines (creative, account management, strategy) within the agency and the client to optimize and coordinate campaign strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 Years experience in analytics, marketing, consulting or finance roles.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (i.e, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)
  • Experience with QA/QC of complex data sets.
  • Experimental test design (A/B split, multivariate testing)
  • Previous experience with CRM or digital marketing analytics a plus (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Previous experience with scripting tools for ETL/statistical analysis a plus (SAS, Python, R, etc.)
  • Visual presentation of data through Excel, Tableau, and Powerpoint
  • Excellent project management and time prioritization skills
  • Able to think about both practical and visionary uses of available data; strong Storyteller and Insights communicator
  • Detail oriented while keeping sight of bigger picture/trends, intellectually curious
  • Understanding of marketing, advertising, and customer profiling
  • Passion for Analytics, Measurement and Testing

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $49,000 - $68,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
